Welcome to the Holistic Nutrition corner of The Seaside Collective—I’m so glad you’re here.

Over the years, my own health journey has been full of learning, trial and error, and life-changing discoveries. As a mom of five with a full plate, I know how easy it is to let wellness slip to the side—but I also know how transformational it can be when we begin to nourish our bodies with intention and care.

Through small, sustainable changes in the way I eat, move, and care for myself, I’ve experienced firsthand the incredible impact of balanced nutrition. My journey led me to become a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where my perspective on wellness was forever changed. IIN taught me that true health isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply personal, rooted in lifestyle, mindset, and listening to your own body’s wisdom.

Here, I’ll share what’s worked for me and for others I’ve coached—simple, realistic tips for fueling your body, finding balance in a busy life, and embracing a holistic approach to food and wellness.
